As our IT Security Coordinator you will, together with the IT Director and IT Delivery Managers, own the IT security process as well as continuously assessing threats towards the company with mitigation and priority plans. You will need to understand our IT security requirements that we need to comply with and own the plan and prioritize how to be compliant toward those requirements. 

Main tasks and responsibilities
You will work closely together with the IT team but also advice the business when it comes to IT security for external applications. Your main responsabilities will be:

.IT security compliance matrix (GDPR, JSOX and IT sec policy) 
.O365 compliance and security center 
.Vulnerability tests towards UniCarriers Europe 
.IT security coordination between UniCarriers and other companies.
.Build and own the SOC 
.IT security risk and mitigation list 
.IT security questions and recommendations for CAB meetings 
.Information security handbook and all policies in conjunction to the book. 

Your skills
We believe you have 3-5 years of experienced in technical IT security and how to work with Information security, especially with threat assessments and risk mitigation. You have a good understanding of how to transform a security policy into technical requirements and defining a work package to IT department. Working with different IDS systems, log tools or other threat analytic tools is valuable. You are also experienced in leading different projects, preferably both waterfall and agile.

As a person you are comfortable taking initiative and starting activities, as as well as taking responsibility for your tasks by structuring your own work and driving ongoing processes. You find it easy to adapt to changing circumstances and can quickly change your approach if needed. We believe you enjoy working with others and have a good ability to relates to collegues in a responsive and smooth way. You have a genuine interest, will and ability to help others and you make an effort to deliver solutions.
