Job description
We are looking for someone that can fill the gap when one of our clients Product Owners is on parental leave. The squad is developing our mobile app that is used by the sound processor users in their daily life to adjust setting in the sound processor.







Responsibilities
 In the role you will;
Collaborate with Marketing and User Experience teams to define the product requirements.
Write high quality user stories and product requirements.
Own the product backlog and prioritize it based on changing requirements and inputs from multiple stakeholders, within an agile environment. Lead the backlog refinement scrum meetings.
Decide when backlog items are ready for work, and own the product quality and fit and finish by reviewing the completed work.
Be embedded within the team along with a Delivery Manager, as you drive the product, and they drive the schedule. Work together to inspire, motivate, and direct the team, sharing the team leadership responsibilities.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
3+ years’ experience in software product teams; either in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or team management.
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and deal with complexity, in the face of some ambiguity.
Proven experience providing product direction and team leadership in a software development or engineering environment.
Ability to motivate and facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with other project team members.
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principals.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development methodology.
Have a continuous improvement focus; to iterate to make products better.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Support the development and implementation of our model for business process management.
Develop and implement a process improvement plan that supports our current needs as well as our strategic aims.
Own our continuous improvement process.
Analyze our key business processes and procedures, primarily outside of our operations team.
Suggest improvement opportunities.
Communicate ideas and improvement areas to process owners and management.
Coordinate process improvement efforts across the company for overall efficiency.
Train, mentor and guide process owners and team members in process management.
Network with our continuous improvement manager in our operations team and others.
Stay up to date with developments in management and process optimization.


FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Several years of hands-on experience in business process optimization and management.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent formal university education.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good ability to influence and motivate others.
Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean is a plus.
Language skills: Fluency in Swedish and English.

Om arbetet
Oriola Mölnlycke består av logistik, kundtjänst, KAM samt diverse stödfunktionerna såsom kvalitet HR och lönekontor.  Nu söker vi inom logistik en PMO & Development Manager som ska säkerställa att företagets standarder är tydligt definierade och följs genom hela projektprocessen. Tjänsten innebär även ansvaret att coacha och stödja utvecklingen av Leanarbetet inom företaget. Ditt uppdrag
I rollen som PMO & Development Manager har du till uppgift att initiera och leda utvecklingsaktiviteter och projekt inom företaget, allt från metoder, processer och standarder, och säkerställa implementeringen av de gemensamma processerna. Du följer upp företagets mål och analyserar avvikelser, definierar och initierar förebyggande åtgärder. Rollen coachar och stödjer utvecklingen av det fortsatta Leanarbetet i nära samarbete med övriga chefer och medarbetare. Du administrerar och upprätthåller företagets ledningssystem tillsammans med företagets kvalitetsavdelning. Du ansvarar att följa rutiner baserade på föreskrifter och GDP/GMP inom det egna ansvarsområdet. Oriola är en matrisorganisation och du kommer att arbeta med kollegor från olika siter i Sverige och i Finland.

 

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är högskole- eller universitetsutbildad inom projektledning, teknik, logistik eller supply chain med 1–2 års erfarenhet av ledarskap inom tillverkning eller liknande verksamhet. Du är väl förtrogen med projektledning, ledningssystem och har god datakunskap motsvarande Officepaketet. Du kommunicerar både på svenska och engelska och tycker om att samarbeta med både interna kollegor, olika avdelningar inom koncernen och kunder/leverantörer.

För denna tjänst lägger vi även stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Du är analytisk och har en klar förmåga att samarbeta, entusiasmera och coacha andra. Du är självständig och går från ord till handling, vilket gör dig till en strukturerad problemlösare samtidigt som du är öppen och en god kommunikatör på alla nivåer inom organisationen.
