We are seeking a Clinical Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Marketing team and reports directly to the Director of Clinical and Market Development. In this role you will be responsible for setting the strategy and plan how we best leverage clinical evidence in our communications to transform how clinicians think about and treat hearing loss.
Key Responsibilities;
Define strategy for commercial use of clinical evidence on acoustic products
Drive global market shaping initiatives aimed at changing hearing care for the better
Drive the acoustic clinical communication plan and deliver whitepapers and clinical summaries supporting our products
Summarise clinical evidence on our products and indications, identify valuable insights, consolidate and disseminate them in different formats
Together with product management and regulatory team ensure we have traceability between the claims we make about the performance on our products and available research

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Sweden based permanent full time Software Business Analyst (BA)/System Engineer to the Clinical Fitting Software team. The team is developing Software used in clinics all over the world to perform individual adjustment for the Cochlear Implant system to help people live a full life with restored hearing.
The BA will be a valued advisor helping System Engineers, business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to analyse and evaluate the needs and provide recommendations.
The BA will be responsible for defining the software requirements in a way that it is supporting the technical and marketing needs, are testable and supports a state-of-the-art design, to deliver value to the business. The understanding of the different components in the cochlear implant system and how a system change is affecting the Clinical Fitting Software is important in this role which allows a good opportunity to get broad knowledge of the business.
Your Responsibilities Will Include…
Analyze system requirements and from them derive and define software requirements
Uncover areas for improvement and work with the delivery team to develop and implement the right solutions.
Contribute to the product conceptualisation and take ownership for specific feature designs at system level through to delivery, challenging status quos and optimising designs.
Be a Subject Matter Expert on the product in interactions with functions such as Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Customer Service, to ensure their considerations have been accounted for in what we build and release.
Build connections across stakeholders to cultivate a stronger culture of product ownership.
Facilitate the designing of solutions with the software development and UX team.
Participate in the evaluation of new or changed technology solutions to determine the degree of functional fit with Cochlear current and desired target business processes.
Provide product support for internal (system engineers, product owners, delivery managers) and external (customers) stakeholders.
Develop and maintain the Software requirements for the product

About You
Minimum
Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
You have a technical background and are able to quickly understand complex technical and business problems to offer elegant and practical solutions
Demonstrated experience working in a mix of technology platforms and experience from Software development projects
Demonstrated experience in defining requirements in a collaborative manner with Stakeholders and test teams
Demonstrated experience working in application development environment with focus on customer facing applications such as web/ mobile /digital applications
Experience in identifying, researching, evaluating, and recommending new solutions.
Strong business analysis background with demonstrated critical thinking and an ability to focus on the most important facts and identify dependencies.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
High energy, motivated performer and upholds high standards to deliver excellence.

The Clinical Software team is looking for a Verification/ Testing Engineer to join their Team in Mölnlycke, Sweden.
The team is part of the global Customer Software department (Sweden, Belgium, India and Australia) and works primarily on the development of the Software that is used in clinics all over the world to perform individual adjustment to the Cochlear Implant system and help people to hear again.
Your role will be to ensures that Cochlear Products are developed and released with the quality required to satisfy customer requirements’. Your main task will be to perform manual testing and document all the verification/ testing activities.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the development team by providing continuous testing throughout the project.
Together with the developers analyzing deviations and identifying their root cause
Designing software verification test cases based on the software requirements
Performing formal verification to make sure that the of software application fulfil quality requirements
Document the verifications performed


About you:
Experience in manual testing
Interest in the medical development industry and in associated quality regulations
A strong understanding of Agile delivery principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently
Excellent documentation skills


Desirables:
Experience with Automation Testing will be highly regarded

The International Registration team leads Cochlear’s efforts to obtain and maintain global regulatory approvals and licenses that allow us to deliver the outstanding products we develop and manufacture to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the international registration regulatory submissions and post-approval commitments, to enable efficient delivery of documentation and information and to support market expansion. Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
International Registration fulfilment of requests for documentation and information for registration purposes across all regions, focussing on submissions outside of the USA, EU and Australia
Assessing the impact of changes to International regulatory requirements notified by the regional regulatory teams through the Regulatory Intelligence Process, assisting with assessments with cross-functional teams
Providing guidance on regulatory issues, and support process improvement initiatives.
