For our Customer Service Team Nordics, we are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to fill an important role providing technical expertise and solutions for our customers and sales. At Emerson in the Nordics, you will work with an experienced and competent team.
The tasks include supporting our sales engineers with technical solutions and make joint visits. You will also give direct support to our customers and give product training internally and externally.

Answer technical requests
Handle technical claims
Plan and perform product trainings
Joint customer visits with sales engineers


Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you are passionate about technology and customer needs.
Needed education at least a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar with several years of experience in Pneumatics and/or Fluid technology.
You have experience in products and applications in this area and can offer solutions that meet customers’ expectations.
We believe that you have a strong customer focus and always have customers best interest at heart.
Ability to gain insight into customer needs and identify opportunities and solutions that benefit the customer.
In this position it is important to handle sometimes complicated questions and clarify contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
You easily learn and adopt new technologies.
You have a positive attitude and don’t give up easily under pressure and grow from hardships and challenges.
As we work in an international environment you need to be fluent in both verbal and written Swedish and English. An additional Nordic language is a plus.

This position is located at one of our offices in Sweden with the possibility to work from home up to 3 days a week. You will be working from any of our offices in Sweden in either Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm, Karlstad or Linköping.

Project Engineer

WEG Scandinavia is growing and we are seeking a passionate, result driven and self-motivated Project Engineer with who will thrive in a collaborative and challenging environment.

Education and Skills:
- Graduate as Mechanical Engineer with proved experience in similar position;
- Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory), Advanced Portuguese (preferable);
- B2B project management experience, preferably within Medium & High Voltage Motors industry;
- Strong communication skills both written and oral;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability;

Main Responsabilities:

Som Mekanikkonstruktör inom Chassi & User Interface arbetar du med utveckling av morgondagens lagertruckar. Tjänsten erbjuder stora utmaningar i form av ett kreativt och analytiskt arbete i ett eller flera av våra projektteam.
 
Du kommer att arbeta med utformning av mekaniska detaljer i truckens förarmiljö eller i truckens bärande struktur. Arbetet kan infatta framtagning av plattformar, grindar, plastpaneler, bärande struktur för paneler och val av standardkomponenter.
 
Vi söker dig som har teknisk högskoleutbildning samt erfarenhet av mekanikkonstruktion. Are you an innovative designer with a sincere interest in creating products? We are looking for a recently graduated Design Engineer to join our Mechanical Engineering team at Emerson, Rosemount Tank Radar in Gothenburg.
In our offices in Gothenburg and Linköping we develop sensors and complete systems based on the latest radar technologies. Our products are used in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage and petrochemical industries. This involves user interaction in demanding environments; explosive atmospheres, safety-critical systems, applications with all kinds of chemical substances, high-pressure and high temperature applications and similar situations.
As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will be involved in conceptualizing, visualizing and industrializing our upcoming products for new markets. Your work involves understanding the UX and technical requirements together with marketing, participating in concept generation and screening as well as detailed mechanical design of individual parts.
You are part of our product development department and the group that is responsible for the development of mechanical and industrial design for our radar-based sensors and data collection/communication units. Collaborating with others within development, product management and operations are daily elements for you. Our product offers include housings, waveguides/antennas and pressure/corrosion-resistant connections made by machining of metals and polymers, forming of sheet metals, die cast and injection molding.
