For our Supply Chain Department we are now looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer continue to drive the quality from our suppliers in our existing products as well as our new development projects. At our Innovation Centre in Sweden, you will be a central player in ensuring an efficient supply chain that meets the demands from our production and our customers. What You Will Do
· As part of Supplier Performance team you will be a key person securing high quality products through cross-functional collaboration within the company as well as with your supplier base.
· You will take ownership of your suppliers and the quality output, qualify new parts and work with continuous improvements to reach our quality targets.
· Supplier audits are performed on a regular basis.

We believe you have a degree in mechanical engineering or quality management and have experience from working in similar positions within the industry

Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you are passionate about technology and customer needs.
Needed education at least a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar with several years of experience in Pneumatics and/or Fluid technology.
You have experience in products and applications in this area and can offer solutions that meet customers’ expectations.
We believe that you have a strong customer focus and always have customers best interest at heart.
Ability to gain insight into customer needs and identify opportunities and solutions that benefit the customer.
In this position it is important to handle sometimes complicated questions and clarify contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
You easily learn and adopt new technologies.
You have a positive attitude and don’t give up easily under pressure and grow from hardships and challenges.
As we work in an international environment you need to be fluent in both verbal and written Swedish and English. An additional Nordic language is a plus.

Som Mekanikkonstruktör inom Chassi & User Interface arbetar du med utveckling av morgondagens lagertruckar. Tjänsten erbjuder stora utmaningar i form av ett kreativt och analytiskt arbete i ett eller flera av våra projektteam.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som Provningsingenjör inom vår produktutvecklingsavdelning ansvarar du för att
planera, bereda, genomföra och analysera verifierande prov. Du arbetar
självständigt med att lägga upp provplaner, leder provningsuppdrag och kommunicerar
på ett pedagogiskt sätt testresultaten till dina uppdragsgivare. Tjänsten är
mycket omväxlande och du arbetar med provning av komplett truck, delsystem och
komponenter inom mekanik, hydraulik och elsystem. Som en del av
provningsarbetet utför du också tekniska beräkningar inom ovanstående områden.
 
Tillsammans med övriga provningsingenjörer ansvarar du för verifiera och prova truckar mot
bransch-standarder samt att kontinuerligt utveckla provningsprocessen och nya
testmetoder.
 
Vi söker dig som har flerårig erfarenhet av provning och analys inom
produktutveckling. Du har stort tekniskt intresse och
du tar egna initiativ samt fattar egna beslut. För att lyckas i rollen som provningsingenjör
behöver du vara strukturerad, driven, ha lätt för att samarbeta och hantera
tempoväxlingar. Vi ser gärna att du har bred teknisk förståelse, kvalitetstänk
och vilja att utveckla, effektivisera och optimera.
 

Kvalifikationer
.Högskoleutbildning med relevant inriktning, t.ex. Maskinteknik
.God svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift, rapporter skrivs på engelska

You are part of our product development department and the group that is responsible for the development of mechanical and industrial design for our radar-based sensors and data collection/communication units. Collaborating with others within development, product management and operations are daily elements for you. Our product offers include housings, waveguides/antennas and pressure/corrosion-resistant connections made by machining of metals and polymers, forming of sheet metals, die cast and injection molding.

Requirements
Our New Grad Program welcomes you who recently graduated or have a maximum of one year work experience.
To thrive in this role, you have a wish to become an innovative designer and have a great interest in industrial design, user-centred design & technology development. As a person you are enthusiastic and social and like to make contacts both internally and externally.
We expect that you have (or will have 2022) a MSc in Industrial Design Engineering (Teknisk Design), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
