Responsibilities
As a New Grad Product Specialist, you will be part of the Product and Application Support Team supporting our global sales and service organization. You will work in a team located both in Mölnlycke, Sweden and Cluj, Romania. Having an excellent customer focus, you will troubleshoot customers product and application challenges over e-mail, telephone and by visit at the customer’s site.
As part of the Product Specialists in the team you will be the in-house expert of process radar products and applications. You will gain knowledge to contribute in new development projects, quality improvement projects and work with our engineering team for product improvements.
Requirements
We are looking for you with a genuine interest in technology. You have recently graduated and have a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering with maximum one year of work experience.
As a person you can efficiently plan and prioritize your work, take ownership and tackle cases with a customer focused attitude. You have good interpersonal skills and can easily communicate on different levels to find your way through the organization. You enjoy working independently but are also an excellent teammate
and one of your strengths is the ability to think and act proactively.
Your daily work will be in company language English, why you need to be proficient in English. Swedish is a merit.
Travels to end customers will be included in this position.
