Our customers, located all over the world, have high expectations and demands for service and support. The Aftermarket team helps customers solve their problems by building trust with good relationships, high competence and by always having the customers in focus.
Responsibilities
After introduction and training, the focus for a Technical Specialist is to work with support and on-board services. Since our customers are located around the world, it is important you like to travel, sometimes with short notice. The job also includes providing training for both end-users and to our engineers located at our sales channel.
If you are a person who likes problem solving and providing high level support this is a good opportunity for you. We offer stimulating work in an international environment within cutting edge technology.
Requirements
Your background is engineer with specialization in electronics, data and/or mechatronics with knowledge of data communication. With at least 1-2 years of professional experience from work within a technical field.
The job demands high level of independence and self-confidence, as well as confidence in the company and our products.
In the position as a Technical Specialist, it is important to build trust and take responsibility, and to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
