For our Scandinavian IT organisation, we are searching for an IT Application Engineer who can help us delivering and supporting application to our business units in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The role is covering our main applications used in customer order management and manufacturing, web- and Windows applications.
As an Application Engineer you will work closely with our users, process owners, development suppliers and IT colleagues. You will both support or drive the requirement specification, installation, quality assurance, training and support (2nd/3rd level).
You will also help planning the future maintenance and development roadmap together with the business application owners.
Scandinavia IT operations out of 5 main locations: Norway (Ski), Sweden (Eskilstuna, Mölnlycke, Stockholm) and Denmark (Ballerup). Your office will be located in one of our 5 locations. Travel is to be expected between locations, depending on your own assessment to ensure application delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Engaging internal and external suppliers, supporting project teams and stakeholders in all phases of Application delivery projects
Drive requirements and support/task developers
Participate and drive workshops for requirement specifications
Ensuring application deliverables meet the expected quality
Troubleshoot and document application issues
Train users and IT support in using and supporting applications
Review incident log together with application owner and Servicedesk owner to advise on development roadmap

Your profile
Bachelor in IT architecture, software design, application development or similar
Skilled in Application Testing (Functional and non-Functional testing)
Capable of basic UI/UX design
Analytic, good at troubleshooting and accurate in documenting
Good technical understanding of Windows environments, databases, security and application integration
Knowledgeable about Windows and web development architecture (actual development is not part of this role today)
Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages. English on business level
Service oriented and supportive

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions befinner sig i ett spännande skede och det pågår mycket kul utvecklingsarbete hos oss. Det innebär att vi söker en erfaren Technical Support Analyst till vår interna IT-ServiceDesk som vill vara med och bidra till vår fortsatta utveckling med fokus på vår IT-drift.
Här får du möjlighet att arbeta brett inom IT och du ingår i den skandinaviska IT-enheten. Du kommer att lära känna stora delar av vår verksamhet som består av både R&D och produktion samt olika administrativa stödfunktioner. Samarbeta med användare, leverantörer och centraliserade IT-funktioner
Arbeta strategiskt för att förhindra problem, kanalisera återkommande fel och se till att dessa hanteras korrekt
Hantera förfrågningar från företaget och se till att dessa löses på ett effektivt och lämpligt sätt när 1st Line support har eskalerat ärendet
Bistå med hjälp vid akuta situationer i verksamheten så att kärnverksamheten kan fortsätta som normalt
Diagnostisera och lösa tekniska problem med maskin- och mjukvarusystem
Ingå i olika utvecklingsprojekt

Vem är du?
Vi letar efter dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av IT-service, drift och underhåll och som brinner för att hjälpa dina kollegor på bästa sätt. Du har ett stort intresse för både människor, teknik och verksamhet och du är en stark lagspelare. Då dina kollegor också är våra ”kunder” är du naturligt serviceminded och du har lätt för att kommunicera med olika slags människor. För att lyckas i den här tjänsten tror vi att du är organiserad, har god tidsplanering och är proaktiv. Vi ser att du:
Har bra teknisk erfarenhet av Microsoft Windows, installation och drift av PC hardware, mobiltelefonplattformar (Android och Apple), print och nätverk (klient)
Duktig på dokumentation samt skriva instruktioner och rutiner
Du har eller måste kunna klara antingen CompTIA A+ -certifieringen, Windows 10 / O365 MCSA-certifiering eller liknande
Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Övriga skandinaviska språk är meriterande
Har körkort och möjlighet att resa då och då till våra olika siter i Sverige, Norge och Danmark
