What we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support person for our International Region. You will be responsible for all commercial customer questions for the International Region and be accountable for overseeing customer orders, marketing materials, price lists, training certificates, authorization letters and organization of customer visits to Sweden, as well as sales & technical trainings and congresses within the International Region. Moreover, this role provides overall administrative support to the International Region team and support the registration/re-registration process per country, while it also helping to drive the Marketing & Sales strategy locally within each country. This role requires some travel (maybe 2 – 3 times a year) to major congresses & meetings.

You will interact on a daily basis with multiple Breas Sweden departments to ensure operational efficiency and to increase our customer service and satisfaction for the International Region.

Help to coordinate customer and other sales events in the region.

Support sales operations by monitoring tenders, collecting market data and supporting the sales team with the tendering process logistics, special payments processing, as required.

Support sales presentations and ensure that all materials are prepared prior to deadlines.

Update customer records in the company database as required

Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company

Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time

Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Regional Manager immediately.

Aware of and comply with the Breas Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type / position.

Experience you will bring

• Experience in customer services & marketing for 5 year or equivalent education
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent communication in English (in writing & speaking).
• Preferable Speaking more languages (e.g. Japanese, Chinese,..)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and experience in global sales and or marketing environment
• Act with customer in mind, have a service and problem-solving attitude

Description of the role: Mechanical Design Engineer

In the role as Mechanical Design Engineer you will perform and drive mechanical design and improvements of sub-systems and components as part of existing and new ventilator products.

Maintenance and support of installed base products in accordance to customer needs and quality-system requirements is also part of the work. You will have close interaction with Production and Technical support.

You will take part in design transfers of new products and continuous improvement. This also involves being in contact with sub-suppliers such as injection moulders.

In the role as Mechanical Design Engineer you will take product requirements, production flow, cost and throughput into account.

Responsibilities of the role:

Decide on mechanical design concepts, components, materials and solutions within the assigned design change or support issue.
Review necessary support documentation and maintain documentation for each design.
Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements.
Participate in development of processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5 years experience in mechanical design or project engineering
High knowledge of CAD systems, preferably Creo and SolidWorks.
PLM/PDM experience, preferably Windchill.
Good knowledge in design of plastic injection moulding parts.
Knowledge of Medical Device industry and relevant standards (e.g. IEC 60601)
