Are you our next Global Commercial Excellence Director – a new role driving global commercial transformation?

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, change-oriented leader to build and drive a global Commercial Excellence function that becomes a catalyst for Breas’ commercial growth. In this role you will set the direction for how Breas sell and serves customers globally, strengthen sales effectiveness, harmonize commercial ways of working across regions, and elevate the customer experience through data driven decision making, a CRM ecosystem, and high quality commercial processes.

In addition, you will be responsible for advancing sales force enablement, embedding Commercial Excellence disciplines, driving data driven business planning and performance governance, accelerating new customer acquisition, and enabling solution selling capabilities and tools across the organization. A key priority will be the global rollout, adoption and value realization of our CRM platform to ensure consistent execution, visibility, and performance management.

While our head office is located in Mölnlycke, Sweden, the location for this role is flexible, and the position offers a hybrid working model.

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and serve as a critical member of the Commercial Leadership Team. You will work closely with a focused group of regional and global stakeholders, including Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Technical Service, Customer Experience and IT & Digital, to ensure alignment, build enterprise-level capabilities, and drive high quality execution across all markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Global Sales Processes & Governance
• You will design and maintain clear global sales processes and stage definitions, ensuring consistency across all markets. Together with regional leaders, you establish governance that supports aligned ways of working and a strong commercial performance rhythm.
• Sales Enablement & Capability Building
• You develop structured onboarding, sales playbooks and tools that support every step of the customer journey. By collaborating with HR and learning teams, you help secure the right capabilities across the organisation.
• Data, CRM & Commercial Technology
• You own the direction, roadmap and standards for our global CRM and commercial data standards, ensuring quality, adoption and usability across regions. Through relevant insights and practical tools, you enable better decision making and a more modern, scalable commercial setup.
• Sales Performance, Analytics & Forecasting
• You provide clear dashboards and analytic insights that strengthen forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline. Your work supports leaders and teams in making factbased decisions and driving stronger commercial outcomes.
• Sales Incentives & Performance Governance
• You lead the global incentive design cycle, ensuring plans are simple, aligned and effective. Through transparent governance, you help maintain fairness, motivation and strong performance across commercial teams.
• Customer Experience (CX)
• You hold global process owner responsibility for Customer Experience, defining clear principles, structures and expected outcomes. By coordinating approaches across customer facing functions, you help secure a consistent and value?creating customer experience worldwide.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Technical Ownership & Compliance

• Serve as the technical owner for one or more products, managing architecture, design history, and compliance documentation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, technical project management, or R&D roles within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
• Strong understanding of product architecture, systems engineering, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, FDA, MDR).

As Senior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in driving financial excellence across R&D, IT, HR and other operational functions. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for R&D, IT, HR and other operational expenses.
• Analyze actual vs. budgeted costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and optimize cost center reporting for supported functions.

R&D Financial Oversight

• Track and report R&D project costs, including capitalized and expensed components.
• Align financial planning with project milestones in collaboration with R&D leadership.
• Support R&D tax credit claims and ensure accurate cost allocation.

IT, HR and other Operational Expense Management

• Monitor and control expenditures including programs, investments and labor cost planning.

Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic advisor to R&D, IT and HR Leadership Teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

So what does the job look like on a day to day basis?

As a Global Group Accounting Manager, you will work both strategic and operational, your responsibilities involve overseeing, managing, and leading the financial accounting and reporting functions for all Breas legal entities within Breas Group. We are currently expanding to new markets, and you will be highly involved in streamlining the financial department towards a more global approach. You will also play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the group accounting team, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective financial management.

Tho Breas is a global company our Head office is still located in Sweden where it was founded over 30 years ago. The position is based in Mölnlycke with the possibility of hybrid work.

Main responsibilities

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals into a new Breas era.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with team members to gather financial data from various entities within the group.

Consolidation:

• Manage the consolidation process, eliminating intercompany transactions and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Work closely with subsidiaries or business units to gather necessary financial information.

Internal Controls:

• Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Implement control procedures to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.

Audit Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage the external audit process.
• Interact with auditors, provide required documentation, and address audit findings or recommendations.

Communication:

• Communicate financial information and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a clear understanding of financial performance and goals.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and share relevant information with the team.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other teams within the finance department and across the organization to achieve common goals.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide support.

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting or finance certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in financial accounting and reporting with international environment.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role including experience as a senior accountant, accounting manager, or a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Swedish accounting standard is a must.
• Familiar with accounting modules in ERP. Experience of JDE is a plus.

Ensure finance records are established according to both IFRS and local statutory accounting in a timely, accurate and complete fashion.

Team Leader/Senior Purchaser

Key responsibilities and tasks

As a Team Leader/Senior Purchaser you will play a key part in co-developing the sourcing function to meet Breas’s goal. You will work broad with both operational and strategic sourcing activities for Direct Materials. You will work closely with R&D, to keep track of sourcing initiatives and head projects related for this. Also, plan and execute - together with Quality department - supplier audits. In addition, you will work with implementation of new routines and processes that need to be put in place. Ensure supply of materials to our factories.

As Team Leader/Senior Purchaser you will independently communicate with and meet suppliers in agreement with manager. Lead supplier negotiations and agreement discussions. Present and analyse KPI´s and initiate actions to improve. Independently take specific decisions and lead decision Support VP, Global Sourcing Manager with strategic decision, analysis, and improvement initiatives. Back-up for manager in case of absence for questions within the sourcing organization.

In the role as Team Leader/Senior Purchaser you will project management with R&D and towards suppliers, support in Cost control negotiations and cost-out initiatives, Material management and Communication with internal customers and suppliers. You will also lead the daily work for the Swedish purchasing team to ensure material supply through the supply chain (from supplier to factory). Prioritize and actively work with the team to ensure Sourcing KPIs are fulfilled. Proactively work with the team to find improvements and actively lead and implement solutions. Ensure corrective and preventive actions related to the tasks. Take decision on activities needed for securing materials and optimizing inventory. Communicate supply risks/issues/status to internal stakeholders.

Experience you will bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a Strategic Sourcing Manager role or equivalent
• BSc or MSc degree within BA, or similar as well as purchasing/sourcing education
• Team lead experience
• Communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of ERP system, preferably JDE/Oracle as well as great knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in project management
• Preferably you have great technical competences

We are looking for a Production Technician who wants work in a company that are striving to make an impact and change the world of home mechanical ventilation for the better.

You will be joining Breas at a very exciting stage of our journey. We have just launched two new product series within our Vivo range, with a total of seven new ventilator products. These new products will help us grow globally and enable us to be our customers preferred choice within the mechanical ventilator product segment.

This exciting position is within our Operation department based at the Breas global headquarters in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Breas Medical is owned by Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som montör kommer du arbeta med montering av plast, metall och elektronikkomponenter.

Monteringen sker stegvis efter monterings/test instruktioner som innebär finmekaniska moment. Montage slutförs genom sluttest/felsökning. Arbetet sker i grupp/produktionslina.

Erfarenhet du har med dig

• Tidigare erfarenhet inom industri/produktionsarbete
• Gymnasieutbildning, gärna med inriktning El/Teknik eller mekanik
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal & skrift

Tidigare erfarenhet inom montering, elektronikmontering och hantering av kretskort anses meriterande.

This exciting position is within our Global Sourcing department based at the Breas global headquarters in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Breas Medical is owned by Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. Sourcing team is supporting business and operations in multiple countries with factories in China, USA, Sweden and UK.

We are looking for a

Team Leader/Senior Purchaser

Key responsibilities and tasks

As a Team Leader/Senior Purchaser you will play a key part in co-developing the sourcing function to meet Breas’s goal. You will work broad with both operational and strategic sourcing activities for Direct Materials. You will work closely with R&D, to keep track of sourcing initiatives and head projects related for this. Also, plan and execute - together with Quality department - supplier audits. In addition, you will work with implementation of new routines and processes that need to be put in place. Ensure supply of materials to our factories.

As Team Leader/Senior Purchaser you will independently communicate with and meet suppliers in agreement with manager. Lead supplier negotiations and agreement discussions. Present and analyse KPI´s and initiate actions to improve. Independently take specific decisions and lead decision Support VP, Global Sourcing Manager with strategic decision, analysis, and improvement initiatives. Back-up for manager in case of absence for questions within the sourcing organization.

In the role as Team Leader/Senior Purchaser you will project management with R&D and towards suppliers, support in Cost control negotiations and cost-out initiatives, Material management and Communication with internal customers and suppliers. You will also lead the daily work for the Swedish purchasing team to ensure material supply through the supply chain (from supplier to factory). Prioritize and actively work with the team to ensure Sourcing KPIs are fulfilled. Proactively work with the team to find improvements and actively lead and implement solutions. Ensure corrective and preventive actions related to the tasks. Take decision on activities needed for securing materials and optimizing inventory. Communicate supply risks/issues/status to internal stakeholders.

Experience you will bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a Strategic Sourcing Manager role or equivalent
• BSc or MSc degree within BA, or similar as well as purchasing/sourcing education
• Team lead experience
• Communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of ERP system, preferably JDE/Oracle as well as great knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in project management
• Preferably you have great technical competences
