Önnerödsskolan ligger i Landvetter samhälle och är en 4-9-skola med 460 elever. Skolan har goda bussförbindelser med Göteborg och du kan enkelt ta Röd Express utan att byta buss. Hos oss kommer du att möta härliga elever i fina lokaler. Elever och personal är uppdelade i sex arbetslag och de möts vanligtvis i sin arbetsenhet för årskursen. Salar för musik, bild, slöjd, hem- och konsumentkunskap och NO finns i korridoren mellan enheterna. En stor idrottshall, en välkomnande matsal, bibliotek och särskild undervisningsgrupp finns också i byggnaden. Skolan har ett aktivt likabehandlingsarbete och ett medvetet elevhälsoarbete.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vår skola arbetar utifrån visionen Tillsammans, Tillit, Mod som tillsammans med kommunens vision Rötter och Vingar och politikens ambition om Sveriges Bästa Skola genomsyrar undervisningen och förhållningssättet i arbetet. I tjänsten ingår mentorskap i en årskurs och ett nära samarbete i arbetslaget.

Du kommer att undervisa i trä- och metallslöjd samt hem- och konsumentkunskap i nära samarbete med kollegor inom dessa ämnen. Ett av målen är att utveckla slöjdämnet som just ett ämne, men med två salar till förfogande. Du planerar, genomför och utvecklar undervisningen i slöjd samt hem och konsumentkunskap. I övrigt ingår vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter som lärare, ex bedömning, samarbete med elever och vårdnadshavare och andra relevanta aktörer för elevens utbildning och utveckling, konferenser, ämneslagsarbete, salsvård mm.

We are now looking for an ASIC Verification Engineer
In your work you will developing and maintaining requires and therefore need have a good understanding of digital hardware as well as software engineering principles. The work also includes debugging and identifying potential problems in the hardware design. Another part is use simulation as well as formal methods. Verifying complex chip designs requires the use of specialized and advanced techniques. One of the most used methods includes describing the input to the design under test using constraints and randomizing it. In this assignment our customer working with functions such as image processing, video compression, and computer vision. Therefore it´s positive if you like to solve complex problems with an analytical, systematic approach as you will have the opportunity to learn about these algorithms. You have ability to communicate and work well with others to ensure functionality in their design and being able to meet strict deadlines. You comfortable adapting to a wide variety of roles to support different types of technical projects and independently performs research (literature searches, code projects) to fill in knowledge gaps.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi behöver nu en lärare i slöjd, med behörighet i båda slöjdarterna, trä och metall och textil.

Anställningen är tillsvidare på 65%. Uppdraget innebär att undervisa i årskurserna 7-9. Uppdraget innebär också mentorskap för elever och du kommer att vara en del av arbetslaget för årskurs 7.

Vi ser gärna att du har behörighet att undervisa i flera ämnen. Beroende på vilka ämnesbehörigheter du har kan det finnas möjlighet till en högre sysselsättningsgrad. Vi har för närvarande även behov i svenska, engelska och teknik som skulle kunna kombineras med denna tjänst.

What you will do

Have professional experience in building systems using a micro-services architecture on .Net Core platform and/or Microsoft Azure
Have at least ten years of experience using C# and TypeScript/JavaScript as implementation languages
Have experience in one or more of following technology areas Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, databases, UI frameworks like Vue.
Experience in architecture modelling and software design patterns
Have great communication and presentation skills
Are excellent in written and spoken English, Swedish is a bonus

Responsibilities
As a System Architect, you will analyze customer requirements, define system requirements and realize these into applicable system and software architecture, and its system functions.
We are using an agile approach in our development where you together with Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner, Software Architects, and Test lead define a system structure and interfaces that allow for incremental development of functions.

Härryda kommun är organiserad i en förvaltning för all verksamhet. Enheten för digital utveckling (EDU) är en del av Utvecklingsfunktionen, en stödfunktion med uppdrag att leda och samordna gemensamma processer och frågor så som kommunikation, kvalitet, digitalisering, näringslivsfrågor samt kansli.

Arbetet med digitalisering är politiskt prioriterat och utgår från kommunens digitala agenda, beslutad av kommunstyrelsen. Agendan innehåller en målbild som utgår från digitalt först och pekar på fyra grundläggande principer för digitaliseringsarbetet; vi driver förändring, arbetar systematiskt med digitalisering, skapar digital delaktighet och använder våra resurser på ett hållbart sätt.

Utifrån den digitala agendan finns årsvisa handlingsplaner, så väl förvaltningsövergripande som sektorsvis, som anger vilka aktiviteter som ska genomföras. I planerna för 2019 ingår bland annat införande av sensornät med LoRa-teknik i kommunen, digital posthantering, fler e-tjänster samt utvecklande av digitala processer inom t ex bygglovsverksamhet och socialtjänst.

Arbetet med digitalisering har en tydlig organisering där förvaltningsledningen utgör styrgrupp. EDU leder, samordnar och stödjer arbetet, bland annat via en förvaltningsgemensam grupp där sektorernas digitaliseringsansvariga finns med. I förvaltningen finns en IT-funktion med ansvar för teknisk drift och utveckling.


ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som digitaliseringsansvarig kommer du att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt för att stödja kommunens arbete för att driva digitalisering och utveckling framåt. Arbetet innebär att leda, driva och stötta i förändringsprocesser inom digitalisering, såväl kommunövergripande som i sektorsspecifika digitaliseringsprojekt. En viktig uppgift för dig blir att omvandla verksamheternas mål och behov till tydliga krav på IT och digitalisering. Du ska identifiera, analysera, utveckla och implementera nya eller förbättrade processer. Du tar fram beslutsunderlag om vilka satsningar inom digitalisering som ska genomföras och presenterar dessa för styrgrupp och organisationen i övrigt. Du leder enheten som idag består av två utvecklingsledare inom digitalisering och har ett nära samarbete med IT-funktionen för att tillsammans säkerställa förutsättningarna för kommunens digitala utveckling.

Det är viktigt att du har bred kunskap om hur digitalisering kan bidra till utveckling i verksamheten och att du kan inspirera dina kollegor att vara en del av den utvecklingen. Du kommer att ansvara för att fullfölja olika projekt från start till genomförande och uppföljning. Du kommer också att ansvara för att samordna utbildningssatsningar i syfte att höja den digitala kompetensen hos kommunens medarbetare.

Du kommunicerar på ett pedagogiskt och prestigelöst sätt, är lyhörd, samarbetsorienterad och visar förståelse och respekt för verksamheternas behov. Ditt arbetssätt präglas av din noggrannhet, systematik och struktur. Du kan uttrycka dig väl i både tal och skrift och är bekväm med att utbilda och presentera information inför grupper.

För att lyckas behöver du ha en akademisk examen och erfarenhet av att arbeta såväl strategiskt som praktiskt med att utveckla verksamhet med hjälp av IT och digitalisering.
